Introduction
How are you coping with all the complex

When you look at your life, it is truly
an expression of what you believe. You have feelings. You attach
thoughts and stories to them. You create beliefs and then you act
out these beliefs. Most of these beliefs are unconscious and those
are usually the ones responsible for the challenges you experience
in your life.
You may have noticed that if you believe that you get a cold every
winter, you will get sick. If you believe that you need 8 hours
of sleep to function, you will not have a good day when you get
less sleep.
Beliefs create automatic responses. In many instances this is helpful,
because it is an efficient way to deal with all the information
that comes along every day and it gets things done. However, sometimes
you get stuck in a pattern that may have been supportive to you
initially, but now does not serve you anymore. This pattern may
become more obvious over time, dominating your choices. And, whenever
you perceive a lack of choice in your life, you experience stress!
Sometimes these patterns show up more strongly
in one aspect of your life, i.e. your relationships, your finances
or your health. Sometimes they affect all parts of your life.
So, how do you get yourself out of these automatic patterns that
run your life and create stress?

Personal
Energy Clearing
Personal Energy Clearing is a gentle, non-invasive and interactive
process that allows you to let go of emotional memories. During
a clearing process, you are encouraged to observe what is happening
in your body at that time. Specific feelings or body sensations
may arise; sometimes you may see images or notice particular thoughts.
The internal information you receive may not necessarily relate
to a specific issue that you are aware of. This process is not about
talking and analyzing your old issues, because that method tends
to re-energize and strengthen the story. Rather, you give yourself
permission to let go whatever is ready to be released, without worrying
about the content.
You have learned to ignore your feelings,
particularly the ones society labels as “negative”. When you allow yourself
to feel and acknowledge what is going on, the feeling will pass
through you like a wave and allow the next feeling to come up in
a continuous flow. However, your tendency is to look for “good” feelings
and ignore or push away the “bad” feelings.
As a result, the “bad” feelings
stay with you unresolved and accumulate. All feelings carry an
energetic charge and the more often you ignore particular feelings
and do not deal with them, the stronger the charge becomes.
The strength of your emotional reaction
to any given situation is directly related to the strength of
the charge that your emotional memories carry. The more you have
ignored an issue, the stronger the emotional charge becomes. A
strong emotional charge results in automatic reactions. You may
have experienced a situation where you say to yourself afterwards: “I don’t know what came
over me”. Also, you may notice a pattern: something or someone
brings up an issue, “pushing your button” and you react
the same way, every time!
By reconnecting with your feelings, becoming aware of them in your
body and actively experiencing them, but not attaching to them with
a story, you can reduce the strength of these emotional memories.
This allows you to move towards a place where you experience choice
rather than an automatic reaction; you can let go of patterns that
do not serve you any longer. The more you are able to embrace the
past and let it go, the more you move into acceptance, the less
you will be emotionally triggered by those situations that always
used to push your buttons before.
Lightening the load of your emotional baggage re-energizes you.
It moves you into a position of choice and thereby reduces your
stress levels. It empowers you to re-connect with your dreams and
make conscious choices that support you in creating the life you
envision.
Dancing
with the Dragon
“Dancing with the Dragon” is
a program that applies the principles of Feng Shui to your own
inner self. Geli developed this approach as part of her Feng Shui
graduation project. Since then, with the support of her colleague
and friend Gina Dolinsky, this concept has grown from a 10- week
Feng Shui Meditation Class to the creation of a home study
program, seminars and workshops.

behavioral patterns which develop and arise in your life all the

patterns and are stressed about life, you tend to narrow your
viewpoint. Your focus moves inward. You notice less and less the
choices that are available to you in life. In order to “keep it all together”,
you may only be able to focus on your family and career and you
may be neglecting your health and other aspects of your life.
So, how can you re-connect with the vast reservoir of opportunities
and experiences that life has to offer? If you are like most people,
you may look to the outside to create change in your life. While
this is a good start, it will not create lasting change.
True change is created from the inside out.
And only you can make it happen.

Before you can move forward in life, you have to know where you
actually are right now. In this moment. If you are stranded in some
unknown location in the desert, you cannot connect to the map that
will lead you to your ultimate destination. You need a starting
point.

that vantage point you can then decide on the path you want to
create - consciously - out of choice rather than automatic. Ask

area of your life, but all of them?
